"Every part of our stay was wonderful. The room was comfortable and accommodating. The beds were super comfy and the loft space was so fun. In a good location to walk to so many places, never even needed to use public transportation. There's a Lawson right on the main corner that was super convenient as well. The property owners were super communicative and helpful!! Will stay here again next time Hiroshima! Loved every bit of it. "

"This was a fabulous apartment. It was next to the red light district but like the rest of Japan it was perfectly safe. The one criticism was the access arrangements. There was some difficulty getting a pre arrival booking form which allowed their automated system to send the check in details. We literally only got that when we arrived at the front door. "We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). "Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense. "

"The appartment was great value, at times I found myself thinking "I wish this was my place". I regret not being able to stay there longer. The only two faults I had with the property were that: 1. -The lounge chair was low and it was hard to get up off/out of. I kept the fold up stool next to it as a work-around. "We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Itsukushima Iroha. Wish we could’ve stayed longer than one night. Short walk from the ferry terminal. The staff was so wonderful! The snack/continental breakfast room was lovely. Our room was divine! We were upgraded to a sea view room where we could enjoy the famous Torii gate from our window. The hotel was so quiet and serene, even as the streets outside were bustling with island visitors. This stay was a definite highlight of our time in Japan."

Wonderful place on a beautiful island

"LiveMax hotel on Miyajima was a the perfect place for an overnight trip. Perfectly situated close to the ferry station and walkable to all the sights on the island. They rent bicycles if needed. The dinner buffet was insane (mad rush to the sushi and beef for yakitori at the table) but it was a unique experience to say the least. Delicious food provided. We had excellent customer service during the check in and check out process. You are assigned a locker for outdoor shoes upon arrival and have to wear the provided leather slippers while on site. The room was extremely spacious (for Japan standards) and the 2 waters provided were appreciated. "
