"The hotel service was good. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay (just okay). I really liked the availability of bicycle rentals. My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. "Free breakfast was provided, with available amenities. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, we chose this hotel since it's close to the ferry port where you can book a tour to see the Yaeyama Islands or catch a ferry to the other islands. The only thing is that the bed was rock hard (I don't mind it but it was difficult for my husband). Otherwise, everything was great!"

"The hotel is perfectly situated for ferry day trips, to make use of the airport limousine bus (non stop bus to and from the airport), and to explore the nightlife and restaurants in the evening. The bus lines meet at the bus terminal which is also in easy walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious for Japan and the balcony was a nice extension to the room space. "Its a little secluded hotel with 10 rooms tucked in the hills of Ishigaki. The staff were great and check in was easy. The animals on site were cute, but the parrot's day cage is too small. The room was huge and had great amenities if you wanted to cook a small meal. The balcony was large and had a view of the ocean. We'll definitely stay here again."

"We really like the location, it’s near the beach, but then we found out that beach has a lot of jellyfish, so we cannot swim in the ocean there. We were there with 2 little kids, two and four years old, we had to walk to the office to check in then bring all of our stuff to the cabin ourselves, we ask if she can help but the lady was not able to offer any help. "We really enjoyed our stay on the high floors of the Teida building. All the balconies have an amazing view of the Manta city in the Kabira ocean area. The sunsets were amazing. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, we were grateful it was available so early since most of the area doesn’t open until almost noon. At first I was nervous when I saw some old guest pictures from ten years ago, but the rooms in Teida have been renovated and are very new and clean. The shop was convenient and has ice cream too, and they gave us new water and towels every day for free. We really loved our stay and would come back again!"

"Beautiful location with its own beach right out the door. The owner was very kind and spoke excellent English. He helped me sign up for excursions and I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinners with a view of the beach. Amazing part of the island and highly recommended "
