I will definitely use this property again!!!!
Stayed in the updated "C" wing. Very comfortable room. Sadly we got a room with adjoining door and had very noisy neighbours (part of tour group). Only got a few hours sleep and they were at it again! Asked to move to a room without the adjoining door and the hotel were very happy to oblige. I will definitely stay there again because it's location is great, staff very friendly and helpful and when our car wouldn't start the security staff went above and beyond to help us out.

Booked 4 rooms which stated soaking bathtub as an item to be provided. But it is not upon checking in. Was told by the hotel manager that the items shown in my mobile phone will not be fulfilled by her. Rather I was told that she will inform Hotel.com to remove the particular item in the online portal. Anyway this is not my fault as a guest but it is between the hotelier and Hotel.com. I am disappointed as I had informed to my 3 friends that their rooms comes with bathtub. The rooms we stayed at Wing B generally is below average. Hotel.com owe me an explanation on why I was not given a room with those items listed in the room facilities.
