"We were moved after checking in because Renovations were being done early in front of our room. We were upgraded which was nice, but the room was noisy as traffic started early in the am. It was drafty and we couldn't regulate the temp. Too cold to too hot with drafts. The room was aesthetically pleasing and apparently Richard II stayed there. It was unusually cold weather so that was probably not expected. "

"When we arrived at the lodge we were supposed to be staying in there was another family there who said the lodge they were supposed to be staying in was occupied so they were given this lodge. We rang the contact number and he apologised, we were provided the key code for another lodge and when i opened the door that was occupied as there was a dog in there. "Busy hotel but extremely quiet room. Usually you hear the corridor door slam every time someone passes through, or their footsteps on the floor. The room we had was silent! We couldn’t hear people or cars at all. We had the Superior King room and it was so lovely and spacious. The breakfast was great too!"
