"Lovely motel-style hotel. Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. One drawback is that the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't cover the doorway completely, so there is no real privacy in the bathroom. The food was not great and the service was very slow. They did compensate us for the problem with their service."

"I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "

"This place is fabulous! Delightful accommodation in a serene setting with charming hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They go out of their way to make you welcome. Incredible surprise of a magical glorious hotel

"Incredibly beautiful place in an unexpected discovery that we were staying in an ancient fortress of an ancient city. Could not ask for more in such conditions, where everything was ancient in the city but everything in the hotel was modern. Small room, but incredibly quaint, and the bathroom was glorious, shower was incredible, water pressure and temperature perfect. Only said to discover I couldn't stay more days as they close mid week in the winter. That was a first ever surprise. In any event, this place is magical. Book the spa in advance as it is booked solid and Tier 1 Clarins spa. Incredible experience and I'll be back! :) "
