"The Hotel Grand Copthorne was a wonderful place to stay as a base for our week touring Singapore. The staff were lovely and so very accommodating. The hotel was spotless and it was wonderfully located on the river and so close to train and bus stations. We highly recommend Grand Copthorne and we will return to this hotel when we come back some time in the future. "

"Our hotel reservations got messed up. Called their number 11 times and they only answered twice. The perso. Screwed up the reservations worse and double booked us. Their custo.er service is horrible. Once there, location was great. The Concierge was extremely helpful. Housekeeping was bad. When we got there, no hand towels and had to use bath towels for everything. They cleaned the next day. No hand towels. Had to request. The next day i set the light for cleaning at 11 am. 6 hours later, they...
