There is good hiking around the town although the info available from the tourist office is quite limited for those speaking English. The Not So Good: The room I had, although quite spacious, was not very practical. A single thin futon bed was in the middle of a otherwise largely empty space. "恋人と1泊で滞在しました。車でここまで来て、ホテルに駐車をしました。近くにはオシャレな施設もあり良いと思います。また、日本人がほとんどで外国人観光客の方は1組,2組ほどしか見ませんでした。ご飯は最高とまでは言いませんが、値段の割においしなったです。唯一え？？と思ったのは、部屋にWiFiがない事です。くつろぐためなのか、ほとんどの部屋にWiFiがありません。今どきこれはありえません。"

"Very nice hotel in nice location. Close to China town and local convenient stores. It was a little difficult to pull up and take items out of your car if you are driving, but that’s only bc the road is very narrow leading to the hotel. the parking garage they suggest is very close though. The staff were very friendly and our rooms were nice and clean. Nice onsen area. We would stay again!"
