"Not as nice as picture. We had the ground level room, and not very clean. Clumbs and hair stuck in the gap between bed and wall. Breakfast is just yoghurt or egg sandwich, abit disappointed. Handy to have kitchenette and washing machine though."

"The room was perfect, really large beds and plenty of room in the room to not get in each others way. Bathroom was also spacious. Would stay again. Highly recommended. "

"It had all the basic amenities that I needed and it was very clean. Just right opposite the Nagasaki Station with Japan's brilliant convenient stores around, and very easy access to tourist spots, with some that are just minutes of walk away. All the major tram stations are also around. I had a great time in Nagasaki!"

"We love the property especially because it is so convenient for transportation and as a mom, I LOVE the washing machine and the drying function of the bathroom. Only thing I concerned was the check in center is 3 minutes walk away, and one electric plug on the wall was partly detached and a bit less safe I felt. But the people at the check in center are nice and friendly. Overall, I love it and would like to come back again."

"Nicely decorated and spacious accommodation. A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. Out of the 3, I take 1) very seriously. When I called them for the check-in instruction, they didn’t know why it happened nor they seemed to care why it happened. "First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing.
