Staff were extremely sweet and helpful. We received a little gift when leaving from them which was much appreciated. The room is very clean and modern and the mattress is very comfortable. It’s situated near lots of shops, down the road from a lake and a 15 min from train road. The only issue we had was the jacuzzi was not hot so was unable to use this, but apart from that it was a very pleasant stay and I would defiantly stay again if I was to ever pass through.

The hotel is new and of the highest standard. It is well staffed and they are polite, attentive and most helpful (but not intrusive). It is in the best location with culinary, sightseeing and shopping precincts at the doorstep. Breakfast is sensational. It has enhanced our whole trip and leave very fond memories of both this Hotel and the vibrant city! Thank you to all!

Very nice hotel located in a great spot in Hanoi just off the lake and on a really quiet street. Staff were amazing and catered to our every need. Rooms were fantastic, I couldn’t fault them! Hanoi is a really busy and traffic filled city so finding a nice place where we could chill and get a quiet nights sleep was so welcome! I would definitely recommend this hotel

I had a very pleasurable experience at L'Signature Hotel. The entire staff is excellent. They are willing and able to assist you with any thing you need/want while staying at the hotel. I highly recommend the spa/massage services. The choices for breakfast are plentiful. There are choices for every palate. The menu and the view from Luna Restaurant is top notch. The hotel is easily walkable around Old Quarter but, once you enter the hotel doors, the "busyness" of the streets is drowned out. The rooms are attractively decorated and the bed is comfortable. I would stay at the hotel again when I travel back to Old Quarter and would recommend to others who are considering hotels in Old Quarter. You cannot go wrong.

The location is good for wandering around the Old Quarter. However, it is quite noisy due to traffic, and huge AC fans from a building opposite the hotel. Our balcony was a Juliette only. Not worth the price. The swimming pool was more like a large hot tub, dated and uninviting. The outdoor restaurant had a similar feel, dated with uncomfortable furniture. Overall, we feel this is a 3.5* property.
