I chose a room with an interior window because I knew I would not be spending much time in it, if you are going to be in the room, you may want to choose one with a view. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter and accessing excursions. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly and open to providing any assistance you may need.

Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were very kind and helpful with booking rides and tours for us. Breakfast option available as well, good selection. We booked the suite with the patio overlooking the city. Great views!

Great location. Very close walking distance to train street, the lake and night markets with a huge range of places to eat and drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Binh and the lady at the desk whose name I have sadly forgotten but who speaks excellent English.

Everyone here was amazingly nice and courteous. I arrived very late at night and they were very accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was filling and quick. Great location in the center of the action but my room was quiet enough so I had no trouble sleeping. Thanks!

The staff (especially Binh) were so lovely and helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a hot menu with lots of variety. While beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was a little dated/tired with some brown (mould?) spots in the corners of the shower and bathroom. Location was perfect though, so close to train street and good food everywhere nearby!

Bun, staff of the hotel is friendly; courteous and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located and close to shopping; railroad. Almost everything is walkable. The bathroom needs some cleaning especially the tile grouts. Otherwise, acceptable for the price we paid.

The location is great just next to Old quarter, the room are nice and modern. But above everything is the kindness of the persons at the reception. They were helping us for anything we need at anytime 24/24. Definitely great value for money and all our family can recommend this hotel.

Great family run hotel. I checked in after midnight and William was waiting for me at the door. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was made to order and very good. Great location in old town Hanoi. They make arrangements for any and all excursions. I really liked this hotel.

very nice hotel clean brand new room.our room was very clean with spacious bathroom very comfortable. Friendly and the best staff who arranged the trips to Ha Long Bay food tour and Sapa trip for us which were excellent. The best hotel’s location very closed to restaurants and the Hoàn Kiem lake and great service .We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back soon. Stayed in Exclusive Hotel in Hotel. The room clean. New hotel and facilities are in order. Breakfast delicious, local and western. Beside main road and 10 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Plenty of eateries and will not go hungry. Along the street activities, you just immerse the local way of life. The hotel owner is fantastic, welcoming and obliging.

Very well located in the center of old quarter of Hanoi. The room was spacious with balcony and hotel very clean. All the staff is friendly and ready to help when needed. The owners : Mia showed us how to do Nems (Spring rolls) and Michael is always ready to help. He is a very good driver with is moto. There is a good variety for breakfast. What a team !

A well located hotel for those visiting the old quarter, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful operators. They helped us (went down from their reception counter on 1/F) with our luggage while we were getting off the taxi on a busy street. Good suggestions of dinning places and very helpful in answering our queries. Good communication in English. Room size adequate not big, guess this also applies to other hotels in the old quarter (which are packed with low rise buildings). Buffet breakfast including "made to order" menu (which is a rather extensive one). Would stay again.

the best staff and service .Our room was very clean and well facilities all what you need. Bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very convenient for shopping and eating many restaurants closed by. Break was great with lot of fresh fruits and Pho and many choices to ordered . We booked trips to Halong by Hanoi Exclusive hotel as recommended by the hotel manager Zoom was very delicated and helped us us during my husband’s headache . He looked great after during our stay here. I really appreciated about him and can’t say thanks enough to him and his staff. Thank you for your excellent hospitality .we will be back to Hanoi Exclusive hotel for sure.

We could no go due to incompetent Batik staff member at Kuala Lumpur airport. I have asked for refund to Expedia without success. Hotel is not willing to refund me for the failed trip.

The people were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was perfectly located in the center of everything in Old City. If you are traveling to other destinations, I would handle your own transportation because going through them was a challenge because they use the third party that was absolutely horrible. I would handle those logistics personally the next time. Going to Ninh Binh should have taken two hours, and it took us four hours because the transportation company dropped us off at three separate locations and made us move into different vehicles with different people. We were told it was going to be direct.

The toilet spray is used extensively throughout the entire room even on the bedsheet and pillow cases. The bedsheet and pillow cases were also sticky and filled with mark stains. The shampoo smell like pesticide. The overall smell of the place is just too intense and really unpleasant.
