Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were very kind and helpful with booking rides and tours for us. Breakfast option available as well, good selection. We booked the suite with the patio overlooking the city. Great views!

The staff go above and beyond! It is a very convenient location, close to everything. The bed and pillows were comfy. We would definitely stay here again. We had breakfast every morning here. You could order off of the menu and there was a buffet of toast and lots of fresh fruit. Very clean.

Stayed in Exclusive Hotel in Hotel. The room clean. New hotel and facilities are in order. Breakfast delicious, local and western. Beside main road and 10 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Plenty of eateries and will not go hungry. Along the street activities, you just immerse the local way of life. The hotel owner is fantastic, welcoming and obliging.
