Wonderful place to stay in Hanoi! Only steps from the lake and really in the heart of the Old Quarter. I liked it so much I extended my stay for several days! Julie at the front desk is extremely nice, helpful and welcoming!

Great location and amazing value for money. Brilliant staff. Great location, staff were always charming and helpful. My sister and me were ill and the staff member at the front desk help us to phone the doctor and took care us during all my staying . Specially, it was a cleaned and Comfortable room. 1 minute to the Hoan Kiem Lake . I gave us a nice memory in Hanoi.

Phenomenal ! Outstanding service that helps us a lot during our stay.Staff introduced us everything about the old quarter . It takes you from 1 minute to 5 minutes walking from their hotel to the Sword Lake, Dong Xuan Market , The church .... It was absolutedly great , ' cause you just need to walk for eating chicken and beef noodle , coffee , Pizzas ...The staffs (Ms. LilIy and Juli ) are extremely helpful and friendly, shout out to all of them , they made my trip Halong bay, Ha Giang much more comfortable 👍👍 thank you so much for having us .

Juli was the best tour guide in Hanoi, and not to mention Mei and Lily the lovely Receptionists at Hanoi Morning Hotel We had a great experience at Hanoi Morning Hotel. We arrived late but had no problem checking in after midnight. The hotel was extremely helpful in providing us with a shuttle from the airport - and as the street near the hotel was closed the driver took us to the hotel. The next morning Juli was extremely helpful in booking all our trips, recommending the best activities around Northern Vietnam. Juli arranged for us a shuttle to Ninh Binh where we had a fantastic 2 days. Juli also arranged for us a trip to Ha Long with a shuttle from Ninh Binh to Ha Long and then back to Hanoi. I would recommend Juli and the Morning Hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi and wanting to explore Northern Vietnam.

Location of this hotel was great however the rooms themselves are pretty run down and dirty. The bathroom in the first room I was in was very run down. I asked to move rooms ( I was happy to pay ) but wanted to view the room first. They offered me a lake view room which was a little better but still not recommended. Overall the staff were great and location excellent.

We had a room on 4th floor for first 3 nights which was much smaller than when we returned to hotel after a few days where we stayed on the 8th floor. 4th floor room felt very cramped for 3 adults but 8th floor room was perfectly fine. 4th floor room was noisy as the doors to balcony didn't close fully. Very limited options for breakfast. Location is perfect near the lake and all restaurants and walking distances to many attractions including night markets and beer street.

This was a great hotel in a great location. We stayed here both before and after our Ha Giang Loop tour and we will definitely come stay here again when we come back. The location is in a great area - the only issue is if you are doing a tour, sometimes cars cannot go down the road to get to the hotel (we had 2 separate issues with this).

The staff at the hotel were great, they took good care of me and gave me advice. The advice they gave me was very helpful. In the end, I chose to go to Ha Long Bay. Thanks to Juli's help, I had a trip beyond my imagination. Also a plus point is that the location is great, it's close to everything you want. Highly recommended!

An old hotel. Very dated, not well maintenances. Not so clean, breakfast is poor. We didn't enjoy at all. I was totaly surprised to see in the reception the hotel rank 9.4 . It is simply impossible!
