Great location, many sites, restaurants, convenience store, laundry places, massage places, shopping within few minutes walking distance. Great helpful and friendly staff, comfortable, clean room with comfortable bed, room amenities and size average, in room safe, bathroom average. Aircondition working well. Overall very nice hotel, i will stay here again.

Great location, many restaurants, shopping, massage places, many attractions walkable distance, safe area. Being in old town expect traffic noise but was not bad. Great helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, in room safe, no bathroom issues. TV ok. Breakfast was average. I liked the hotel and stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located in old quarter, so it is easy to walk around to shops and restaurants. It is right next to a bar so quite loud at night - if you have a balcony room you can hear everything outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities are a bit outdated, the walls are very thin (I could hear everything my neighbors said) and the breakfast is not worth it. The food is mediocre and you could find better breakfast at a nearby stall or restaurant.

Very basic, no frills hotel. Not as nice as the pictures. Good for a one nighter if Hanoi is just a stop over, otherwise would recommend staying elsewhere. The free breakfast was very limited and not great - and in a different nearby hotel.

When we booked the room, we didn’t realise the “window” was actually just to the hallway. We had this closed, but could still hear people coming and going quite loudly. Because the hotel is so narrow, I don’t think many rooms would have a window to the outside. Other than this, it was pretty good. The receptionist even have us a takeaway breakfast when we had to check out early!

Annabelle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of many food establishments and shopping. The hotel can also arrange tours for you and can arrange transport to and from the airport

If I would have paid 15 euros for this room, I would still have been disappointed. But for almost 60 bucks I expect way more. Mold everywhere, strange smell, damp, very dated and poor condition in general. We booked this hotel because of the good reviews here in Expedia and we don’t understand anything. Either they are all fake, or I’m drunk. Only positives were the good service in the reception as well as the breakfast that managed to surprise us positively.

At this price range, you can find much better options around. The rooms are not sound proof, and overall the place is not very clean and hygienic. You can take a look at the photos for reference, which were taken during my stay mid-December 2024. Furthermore, after the first night, someone walked into my room at approximately 7.30am. I am thinking it is the hotel housekeeping staff, but still consider it pretty unprofessional to barge in when I am still asleep (giving the benefit of doubt here). Upon informing the hotel receptionist and requesting for an upgrade to a different room type, the receptionist told me that I had to pay USD10 per night for the upgrade, even though my room's security had been compromised. I requested to speak to a Manager instead, who gave me the Royal Suite Large Balcony & Terrace for the remainder of my trip. However the nightmare did not end there, with the room shower and basin constantly clogging up, as shown in the pictures. I once again informed the receptionist, who simply told me to press the sink button, which did not alleviate the matter. A terrible experience and a place to avoid for anyone looking/browsing at this place.
