We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel!! The location was amazing: directly within the old quarter. Nevertheless, the rooms were still quiet, perfect for relaxing after a whole day on tour. But what stood out most was the staff. Always friendly, super helpful and highly attentive. Big thank you also goes out to our amazing host Nguyễn Thơm. She was always there for us, answering questions and supporting us with our requests. THANK YOU ❤️

The hotel is a fantastic haven set amongst the bustle of Old Quarter. Quality hotel with lovely rooms and ambience, but above all else.... staff! They were all absolutely lovely and couldnt have been more warm, friendly and thoughtful during our stay.

Great hotel even better staff

An excellent hotel well located in the old quarter. The breakfast had some really good choices with something for everyone. The staff are the best and I would like to mention Alex and Vivian in particular for going out of their way to help us and make sure our stay was very good.
