"Nice "

"Stayed here for just the one night but would have been happy to stay more. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed this before the under 5 minute drive into Cirencester where there is a nice village style high street with an array of eateries plus shops. Room was comfortable and quite spacious, shower room had a double walk in shower, heating was very toastie and we woke up too hot; could have and should have turned the radiators down but was nice when we first came in from the cold. Nice in room toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. Would recommend for a stay and we’ll be back if over that way again to try the spa "

"Really convenient, clean and functional hotel and room. Front desk staff were super helpful on arrival, and again at the breakfast service- which is complimentary with the room and is a great plus point compared to other hotels. Would definitely recommend. "

"We were so impressed with this hotel. It was so comfortable and relaxing we were reluctant to come home. The suite we had was lovely and warm. The restaurant was very welcoming and so was all the staff. The reception staff were extremely helpful "

"Very easy to find reception as it's all well sign posted. Checking in was very easy and they were ready for us early. Staff were very friendly and informative. Plenty of information leaflets of what's around and what amenities are withig the hotel and where. Dining options, booking advised. We booked breakfast which was a full English style buffet, pastries, fruit, yogurts, coffees, teas, juices etc etc. well worth it. Plenty of parking, there was a conference going on whilst we were there and parking wasn't an issue. We booked an apartment, very nice! Spacious clean and tidy. Absolutely love that the shower gel/shampoo hand wash is Pengaligons. Smelt amazing. There's an outside gym too, walk paths of you fancy going for a walk. Definitely will visit again."
