4/10 Poor

The only things to like: Erica, the manager who will do whatever she can to help; proximity to the popular parts of Hanga Roa (restaurants, etc).
Understand that the property is home to tons of roosters and they crow constantly, day and night. And like most of the island, it’s surrounded by loads of rowdy and loud dogs. Since there’s no a/c, your choice is to keep windows closed and muffle (but by no means eliminate) the noise and be too warm, or open the windows and get a bit cooler but have to hear everything.
There is no signage anywhere indicating the name of the property, so good luck finding it on your own. A tip: find the Eco Lodge next door and ask them how to check into this place (and hope Erica is around to do so). Checking in and out is very weird; best to just ask Erica.
Oh, one more thing to like: a water cooler where you can refill your water bottles.
