all good but 1 key flaw
all are normally except there is no lift (we were on the 4th floor) and the worst bit is every floor has a phone in the corridor, in the evening when people (in my case a drunk), forget their keys (not manned 24 hrs per day), he or she would ring the bell downstairs and all phones on all floor will ring, this waked me up at least over 3 occasions when sleep is the key factor of any hotel room choices.

Плюсом является только месторасположение (1 мин до метро) и низкая стоимость. Фотографии не соответствуют действительности. Отсутствует персонал (приходит только по договоренности и с опозданиями). При заселении ждали 5-10 мин пока постояльцы нам откроют дверь (персонала не было). Постояльцы созвонились с персоналом и мы прождали заселение внутри в коридоре на стульях еще около 30 мин. Полотенца не выдали, хотя они были оплачены. Вопреки информации на сайте карты не принимают, только наличные. Не рекомендуем останавливаться здесь.

Das Hostel gibt es nicht an dem angegebenen Ort
Statt dessen wurden wir über eine SMS in englischer Sprache an ein Hostel in St Pauli verwiesen. Dort hab es nur noch ein Zimmer für sechs Personen im Etagenbett...gebucht hatten wir Doppelzimmer..erstmal Schock...aber es war Hafengeburtstag und natürlich alles ausgebucht...

Lübecker Str.112 eingetragen und später haben wir erfahren, dass es in Lübecker Str.25 a ist. Kein Bad im Zimmer, Minifernseher, Fernbedienung die nicht funktionierte. In Wohnhaus untergebracht.

Vi er i Hamborg denne weekend og har booket værelse, et værelse vi var fint tilfreds med sidste gang. Ja... vi fik et værelse. De var dog flyttet fra nr 112 til nr 25, en besked jeg fik på mobilen, imens jeg kørte bil og ikke har net i udlandet, så den så jeg ikke før efter vi stod og gloede ind i en tom reception. Vi fandt steder, med fin hjælp fra Hotels.com og da vi kom til betalingen, gav billedet på væggen, der var fyldt med div betalingskort, mig den ide, at jeg kunne betale med kort, det ku jeg selvfølgelig ikke, kun kontant. Sengen var ikke samlet korrekt og vi måtte tage madrassen ud på gulvet i løbet af natten.... Det var efter vi blev vækket kl midt om natten med banken på døren. Hvad den afrikanske kvinde ville, fandt vi ikke ud af. Det lyder lidt som om der er en bowlingbane på etagen lige over os, det er det næppe, for så er der åben 24 timer i døgnet. “Dørmanden” er en ung mand der på første dagen havde bukser på der sad lige over ballerne, på anden dagen sad samme bukser godt nede under ballerne, ville ønske I kunne se billedet, men jeg kan ikke vedhæfte. Badeværelser var fyld med private artikler, og gav klar nedtrykket af at kvinderne var fastboende. Pikant undertøj mm hang til tørre på badeværelsets håndklædevarner. Alt indikerede at de kvinder der normalt boede på “vores” værelse, var proppet ind på de andre værelser. Hver gang nogen skulle ud og ind af lejligheden kunne ringklokken høres over alt, også midt om natten.

Für eine Nacht ist es super. Wir waren 7 Mädels und konnten zusammen in ein Zimmer mit 3 Etagenbetten. Luxus und ein eigenes Bad darf man allerdings nicht erwarten. Ist halt ein Hostel.

katastrophal - never again!
notdürftig zur Übernachtung umgebaute Geschäftsräume. Der Eigangsbereich gleicht eher einem Lager, Ungeziefer in Zimmer und Betten und nachdem unsere Gäste die Zimmer als unzumutbar verlassen und wir sie storniert haben, gab es noch nicht einmal eine volle Rückerstattung und auch keine weiteres Entgegenkommen durch Hotels.com/Expedia.

This is very important and Too dirty and very bad There was no mine and we went to the night tour, and the door was dirty and we could not open it for an hour, someone came and opened it and it was a very neglected place never again

Soluzione più economica vicino al centro di Amburgo, sistemazione spartana con il solito problema della mancanza di tapparelle (e quindi luce piena in camera).. tutto ampiamente superato dalla grande cortesia e disponibilità di Madame Wira, flessibile sul l'orario di uscita e prodiga di consigli su come muoversi in città

Da vi kommer til hotellet får vi at vide at vi ska betale 10 euro pr.dag ekstra for parkering hvilket ikke stod da vi bookede hotellet. Da vi så ska afregne siger receptionisten så at vi kun ka betale med kontanter og de ikke har en dankort terminal. Hvilket vil sige at vi ska til at finde en bank hvor vi ska til at hæve. Har aldrig oplevet en ringere service, vil ikke anbefale andre at booke dette hostel!

Acceptable Hostel with good access to centre
We stayed during G20; thus lots of sirenes on Lubecke Strasse; but also only a few guests at the hostel. It was clean and satisfactory as a budget hostel. Two strange things happened: one day one of our rooms was cleaned, including our (only a few) clothes and bedclothes disappeared. This was suitably resolved. The rear windscreen wiper of our car disappeared in the associated car park. We only noticed this after we left. Our advice is to keep valuables with you.

Por se tratar de um hostel, as instalações são muito simples. Recebemos as roupas de cama para nós mesmos colocar. Mas localização ótima, com mercados próximos e estação do metrô (U-Bahn). Vale a pena se objetivo é gastar menos e usar o tempo para conhecer a cidade e não ficar no quarto.

Vi gør det gerne igen.
Bestemt et sted vi vil benytte igen. Venlig og oplysende betjening. Flere spisesteder og indkøbs steder lige omkring. Ikke langt fra C i bil. Vi sov fint alle sammen. Eneste to små punkter til forbedring er: der mangler senge lamper samt besked på hvor nøglen skal afleveres når man tjekker ud før der er betjening
