"We had a fantastic stay here. Room was nice and clean, nicely decorated, good amenities and super powerful shower! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and really liked the self-service fridge for (reasonably priced) drinks. Good location near the train station. Can't fault it. Only issue was building work on an adjacent building site started quite early in the morning on Saturday and woke us up, but can't blame the hotel for that. Would definitely stay here or at...

"I had purposefully chosen boutique 56, rather than boutique 53 as I wanted to be able to check in and take my room straight away in the same building. With boutique 53 you have to check in at 56 then walk back to 53 and then fight your way through the people that they have sat at tables outside the door of 53 to get into 53. I was therefore rather disappointed that after having booked boutique 56 that I was sent to a room in 53."

"Not a bad location. Close to a lot of things for inner city. Was disappointed that the pool and spa were not stated closed on the website. Still waiting to see if I was charged for upgrades that seems to not go with anything that we recieved. Maybe just a misunderstanding when we checked in. The breakfast served was great. Room service menu was slacking though. All and all a good stay."
