"Across the street from the beach. Easy and pleasant 5 minute walk. Hotel partners with another well known hotel chain who provides 2 complimentary beach chairs per day per room. Additional chairs can be rented for $20 a day. Umbrellas 24$ a day. Rooms could use some attention. Handle came of sink. Drain in shower would drain incredibly slowly. Beds were comfortable. Staff all extremely nice and helpful. Pool roof top was excellent and relatively quiet. Lots of places to walk too. 2.5 kms...

This is one of - if not THE - cheapest beachfront spaces around - GEORGEOUS beach area - former 60's hotel, so of course it's patched and not perfect. But still standing! Turned from hotel to condo - now some units are privately owned and some are rented as a hotel. "Great location close to shopping, dining and walking. Rooms had nice fixtures, but overall seemed like a lower cost makeover of an old apartment or hotel building. Bathroom fixtures in particular seem low end with blinking florescent light and basic fixtures. Not what I would have expected for a $400 room."
