"As of July 2025 the private onsen are BRAND NEW, the staff told me they just redid them . Do not different than the photos online, but still extremely comfortable. This place is excellent, the staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and so quiet. Very good value"

Beds or futon mats on real tatami floors. The dinner and breakfast alone are worth the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially when navigating cultural differences. "

It’s very family friendly - in the buffet restaurant they have cute dinnerware sets and bibs for kids and actual high chairs (the ones people use at home) and baby wipes warmed in small buckets of warm water. Love the option of private bath (additional 1500¥) and free massage chair use. "
