"This is my 4 stay at the Hotel Nikko Fukuoka. What keeps me returning is the wonderful customer service from the staff. Takahashi San once again was a big help making all my dinner reservations. Also a big thanks to the staff who helped me mailing my bags. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming. I look forward to returning again. Easily one of my favorite hotels. "

"Very easy access to train and bus stations lot of food and shopping around the corner. Nothing that i don't like. Don't worry if you take the last train back to your hotel us only less then 5 mim walk to your hotel and is very safe to walk."

"Very convenient, right across the street from Hakata station. Close walking distance to many points of interest. Staff was nice and helpful, didn't speak English very well but used a translation tool yo communicate. Only negative is that the rooms werent cleaned very well. "

"If you want to have a bad hostel experience, this is it. They are currently under renovation so fascilities could improve. Staff was very friendly but apart from that the sheets smelled like body odor and sweat! I dont think they change the sheets! The wooden bed is made of cheap plywood as with the floor too creaking with every sligjtest movement you make. Shower took time to heat up and felt lukewarm. The sink had no hot water at all so you need to brush your teeth in freezing water! They lock...

"Location and staff was wonderful. The room was very small, both of us couldn’t leave our suitcases open. bathroom was small and stuffy without proper ventilation. Room was hot so they delivered a fan and the window was able to open a crack that made it bearable. "
