"Hotel is 3mins walk from the train station which was ideal as I was arriving into Omihachiman late at night. The room is clean and spacious. I booked a single room which is just next to the lift but I could not hear noise from they lift lobby. But I could hear the train if it was passing by the track next to the hotel. "We had the halfboard option which means dinner and bfast the next day included. We sure glad we did, dinner n bfast was awesome service and we enjoyed the traditional japanese food a lot. Staff were 5star service. The place is very conducive to rest and relaxation. Onsen was 2thumbs up. We didnt know until after that hotel actually has shuttle service to and from train station. "Very tranquil and quiet property. Loved our stay and very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend booking the dinner option early as we did not and there weren’t any reservations left. We did book the breakfast. Would come back and stay for more than 1 night!"

"Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend and come stay here again. Property was in great location, clean and modern. Probably one of the best bed and pillow I’ve been in a hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, it was less catered to ‘western’ but others seemed to like it. Toaster took too long (it was one of those toasters like mini oven where you have to put bit of water in etc. overall loved this hotel!"
