"The owners were more than hospitable. Marie-Laurence treated me as if we'd been best friends. She was warm and charming. Fransico was also pleasant, went around his duties quietly but always with a smile. This couple has created an oasis out of a horse ranch. Some rooms, the pony stalls, therefore are small. "Room was nice, property good with nice facilities. However a hotel of this size should have a bar. Also it might be worth mentioning its quite uncomfortable walking into a quiet hotel with a big reception desk with 2 members of staff who just stare at you as you walk to the lift without even smiling. "It was a location to access the Camargue and was fine. Only note us if you access the limited €10 parking it us very tight entry and I was touching the mirrors of an Opel Mokka so a larger vehicle would not fit. It is rate at 2* it might push to 2.5+."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. One receptionist booked our boat trip for us, when we having difficulties trying to do it from our mobile. Not keen on having to park on the roadside with our hire car. Available spaces were few and far between. A designated parking area would have been preferable. "

"Perfect location. Right on the beach, very easy walking distance to the old Notre Dame church (don’t miss climbing up the tower), plenty of restaurants nearby and excellent access to the Carmargue nature areas. Slightly older hotel, but very comfortable, clean, safe, and delicious breakfast!!! "

"We stayed at the Hotel Port-Marine with extended family, 6 of us. The hotel exceeded our expectations: perfect location on the port of Sète, close to a plethora of restaurant and shopping, its own parking space (which would have been a nightmare without, especially during the heart of the French summer vacations), a short walk from a deep in the Mediterranean. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms are clean, functional, and all you need for a vacation stay / resort town. Breakfast buffet is copious and varied, in a large room with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea. Will return for sure. "
