"We hadn't expected the hotel to be unstaffed. The automatic door entry instructions were fairly clear and there was a contact number on the door if we hadn't got in. But it wasn't welcoming on a cold winter's night. Everything was clean and stylish inside. The room was heated but the temp control seemed limited. Coffee machine was not intuitive and that & kettle were in an unlit cupboard, so we used the torches on our phones."
