"I was a bit uneasy about the "no-front desk" feature because we had 2 rooms and the online check-in was somewhat glitchy. Upon arrival, we were greeted and all was straightened out with ease. "The best thing about the property was the friendly staff. We came for a music festival and the front desk clerk helped us make reservations at a restaurant where music was playing. Then the proprietress was super helpful with helping us locate the bus stop and other things. Very friendly."

"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"
