"Wow just wow!! A little gem all around… came here for a quick winter escape and loved everything about this place. I got to say that everything was on point. "If you don't mind driving back and forth on dusty bumpy roads and asking where the heck this place is over and over, then it might be ok for you if you are a surfer that doesn't mind substandard lodging. The outdoor bathrooms were dirty with no water and the room smelled like vapors coming from the uncorked sewer drains. The room is worth far less"

"The bathroom had a terrible smell, but we talk to the guy at the front desk and he was able to accomodate us in another room, very nice guy. Overall it's not bad, the staff was good, but I found it too expensive for what you get. We stayed there for 2 nights and found another hotel for less than half the price for the third night and the room was almost the same as Yalta. It's not worth the price, I would pay $60 per night in Yalta not $120 as we did"

"I’ve always booked as a solo person but had no idea that you charge per person in nicaragua. It was awkward that they didn’t tell me at check - in so that was a bit annoying as I paid twice the price. But supposedly she gave me a discount at least. "
