"This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food...

"Great location short walking distance to restaurants & shops. Incredible view from pool area (and from some rooms). Comfortable bed. Safe in one of our rooms was inoperable. Shower heads spray more water to the sides than down. Breakfast was good (but not as diverse or plentiful as other places we stayed furing this trip) Would gladly stay stay here again (but ideally with better shower heads). "

No office chair in the room to get work done at the built-in "desk.". To reserve a room, it must be prepaid and is non-refundable. They are manning the check-in desk 24/7 now."

"Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up on a disgusting overly used mattress.. All that for $100 really?"
