"I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "

"Staff may not have been well trained but were all extremely helpful and available in short notice. Bathroom has excellent shower head and very efficient water drainage, which is appealing to those who don’t like to see standing soapy water covering your ankles.The restaurant offers a reasonable variety of dishes at good prices. Very good location near commerce and restaurants at walking distance and an Easy ride to the beach. Overall, the hotel is a great value!"

"Tudo muito bom. Atendimento e limpeza impecáveis. Ressalva apenas para a localização, que apesar de ser sim próximo ao mar, não é tão acessível a praia a pé como descrevem. A praia mais próxima é a das dunas, mas mesmo assim é longe e vc sai em uma parte da praia bastante deserta, e com acesso por trilha que eu não aconselho a passar sozinho principalmente em horário de menor movimento."
