"Room with two full-sized beds bit too small for a wheelchair to go around, however the wheelchair can roll into the shower stall directly without any difficulty. The staff provided us a chair with the backrest in the shower stall and made the showering so much easier for my aging mother. All staffs very helpful and accommodating, made our stay a pleasant one."

"Location is amazing Linked to a paid park with easy access to vicinity. Lovely architecture and service was impeccable. We stayed in the suite which was very large and fully stocked with amenities. Only feedback we have was the air-conditioning which on query is actually partly centralised. Overall a definite recommendation to stay here when you come to Suzhou. In fact, I'd recommend you explore the hotel and park grounds 1st before you head out to explore Suzhou old town"
