The castle is a most unique property. But there are also the good, the bad and the ugly associated with this property.

This is one of the most interesting hotels I have stayed at. Built in the 60s, but looks much, much older. Had a few minor issues like not enough towels and soap, no plugs near the bed, a broken part of the bed, but was definitely worth what we paid for it in character alone. The a/c was great and the hotel was relatively quiet. I recommend if you’re not super picky.

The castle is so beautiful. The scenery is breathtaking. The mattress are good but the bed frame needs to tighten up as it makes lots of noise. The restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly but the food isn’t good.

Staff was nice. Castle is really cool. The experience was unique and memorable. Great scenery from room balconies. Now on the other hand, took a while when asked for a extra pillow and towels, had to ask several times. Minisplit (AC) not working on both rooms we stayed. A couple of roaches appeared in bathroom every morning stayed (2) nights.

Muy agradable, si tienes planeado asistir a Guanajuato es una excelente opción, sobre todo por que cuenta con estacionamiento en el mismo hotel. Te recomiendo hacer la reservación con tiempo y por la app.

La propiedad en general está descuidada y sucia. La alberca fría. La cama olía a gato! La puerta del baño no cerraba bien porque la puerta estaba hinchada. En la regadera no salía agua caliente, apenas tibia y muy poca. La secadora de pelo estaba descompuesta. Sólo pusieron un jaboncito y tuve que bajar por más. Una lástima, porque el lugar podría ser muy bonito con buen mantenimiento.

El hotel está bellísimo, es un castillo!! La ambientación y jardines y decoración te hacen sentir como de otra época. Los espacios excelentemente cuidados y muy bonitos. Lo único malo durante nuestra estancia es que no hubo agua caliente.
