"It was good except no shuttle come and pick me up from hotel. You need to reserve it days before. Chatted with agent from hotels.com. Telling me they don’t provide the service. So I got a text. But at least hotels.com gave me compensation for the inconvenience. I did call the hotel before flying out but no one answered the phone. But I was able to get to the airport from hotel with their shuttle after staying overnight. "

"Velvet hotel is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The people are very professional. The restaurant is a little pricey for the small portions, however, the food is tasty. There is a convenient store a block away. I will return to this hotel."

"I only stayed for one night but had a nice time staying at this hotel. The only difficulty was finding it on Google Maps - it's listed as "Hotel Vista Hermosa" rather than HVH by Yaxché. With that said, it's super easy to check-in and check-out, the surrounding area is in the historic city center, and there's even a restaurant on the third floor. I would definitely stay here again for a short-term stay."
