"This was a lovely hotel in magical Leukerbad. When we were there, it was decorated for Christmas, which made for a warm, cozy atmosphere. The views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future!"

"The best thing about the property was the friendly staff. We came for a music festival and the front desk clerk helped us make reservations at a restaurant where music was playing. Then the proprietress was super helpful with helping us locate the bus stop and other things. Very friendly."

"We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries."

"I was a bit uneasy about the "no-front desk" feature because we had 2 rooms and the online check-in was somewhat glitchy. Upon arrival, we were greeted and all was straightened out with ease. This property is a no-thrills, barebones, geared for the younger crowd. The rooms are very plain, no desk, no chairs. Just beds and bathroom. "We had a great stay in the town and this hotel was amazing. The staff/owners are warmly welcoming and give you the most important information how to best use the hotel facilities for your kind of stay. The hotel has a proper ski room and it has a great small cabin that takes you from hotel to foot of the telecabin for Torrent ski resort. It is a great advantage of the hotel. Additionally it has spa space that is available to all guests. It is a naturist facility and has sauna/hammam/cold bath/etc. the breakfast is having a good range of options and the quality is top. We loved the superb fresh bread every morning. The hotel is from 90s and with decoration of that time, but everything is at top shape and fully functioning showing the owners care for their facility. "
