"We stayed for 2 nights and had a good stay. We had a bad start with check in. We arrived at 3pm and It took a while to get checked in and the original room wasn’t ready so they had to give us another room. The receptionist was accommodating and asked us if we wanted a room with a shower or Bath and if we wanted a room at the front or back. She upgraded us and we had a lovely warm comfortable room at the front of the hotel looking out on the street. The hotel was in an ideal location and it was...

"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

Es muy conveniente para visitar los mercados navideños y para hacer excusiones de un día a otras ciudades de Bélgica. El único problema es que la zona de Bruselas Midi siempre parece insegura, como muchas otras grandes estaciones en Francia o Italia.
