"There were no wash cloth, kitchen towels, or hand towel. I guess you have to take those with you. We had to buy a bar of soap and a body scrubber. You have to get into shower before you turn the water on. The shower head is not adjustable. You can hear upstairs noise and voices. Otherwise convenient and clean. "

"Exceeded expectations. A friend and I booked this for a one night stay and we’re very impressed. with the room. Checkin was seamless, the room was stunning, the bathroom was huge with all the .little extras in the room were appreciated. The kitchenette was well equipped, although we only used the corkscrew and two wine glasses. We bragged to people at the party we attended how amazing the space was. 5*, no complaints, would highly recommend. "

"Very nice area, unfortunately the AC was not working and with the heat wave warning what we heard from management is the AC usage have build ice around unit so it's not working, we bought fans as we don't have time to switch, the dish washer broken, the house was clean n ample space, safe n walk train along lake, good location, communication was bad, you text them n no response or they will get back by talking to management. no answer till u send another message. "The condo was nice, looked exactly like the pics depicted. It mostly had everything we needed except any kind of food wrap as we had brought some of our own food to make while we were there, but it would have bern handy to have zip locks or tin foil to wrap things in when we needed to. Also the check out was horrible. I was told on the phone that we could check out at 12pm, but the cleaning lady was there at 11, and tried multiple times to come into the condo while we were still in there...

"This is a downtown Hamilton property gem in a depressed area of town. It is conveniently located across from the conference centre. The drawback is that there are many homeless people milling about the dirty and busy streets in the immediate neighbourhood. The property itself was nicely decorated for the holiday season, staff were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. We would return and recommend."

"Fantastic free breakfast. They also had a pantry with snacks. Spacious rooms. Clean rooms and bathroom. The staff was wonderful! The only things we did not like was how hard the bed was and there were not a lot of food option nearby. It was about a mile to the GO train. "
