"Hotel is very nice and clean. Seems like it might have been recently remodeled as everything looked and smelled new. Rooms are large and accommodating. Entrance is odd. Hotel is on 7th floor of building and there isn’t a check in or easy way to unload your bags from car. Have to go to 3rd floor and park to do that. Confusing entrance by lack of signage directing you where to go. Location is awesome for a day of shopping or going to a fins game. Shower was clogged and didn’t drain. Front desk...

"-Spacious room with a fully equipped kitchenette. They gave me one with a corner view. - Quiet neighborhood next to Collins Avenue. - They let me do a late check out without an extra fee. - The only thing I didn't like is that they charge a daily $30 fee that includes two drinks at the bar, two bottles of water and the use of towels, and umbrellas at the beach. I didn't benefit from it. "

"Needed a place to stay while supporting someone at the hospital. This was helpful for that. Room was clean and modern. Everything worked well except the door liked to stick. The staff were kind and informative. It felt secure despite being near a high traffic shopping area. Doors tended to be loud but not disruptive to sleep too much. I used the laundry too which was a nice perk. "

This is one of - if not THE - cheapest beachfront spaces around - GEORGEOUS beach area - former 60's hotel, so of course it's patched and not perfect. But still standing!
