Dirty linen, I'll politely call it human chocolate on bed covers, management moved us to another room (more on that later), I thought surely what we just experienced must be a one off.....well I checked the bed in the new room, no human chocolate but a nice curly pubic hair. "Everybody in the hotel was very, very friendly and helpful, with whatever issue we came and all staff are good humoured. The hotel is well equipped with many practical and comfortable features (onsen, washing machine, restaurant). Altogether it is excellent value for money."

"First time staying in this style hotel. Right on the edge of a great downtown area. No frills, but comfortable rooms. Unanticipated extras like evening drinks and face masks. The bathroom enclosure was the thing that threw me. Incredibly efficient, but a bit cramped and odd to a Westerner."
