"Great hotel, warm welcome from the lady at reception. Breakfast great, thanks to the chef for being a waiter and the cook! Use of the leisure facilities in sister hotel was great but construction work being undertaken so some areas out of bounds. (Sunday Dinner there was amazing!) Thank you! "

"Great location, easy to find using SatNav, and attentive staff. The room was decent with a powerful shower and tea/coffee making, comfy bed, decent space with desk & chair. Whilst the carpets on the staircases seem a bit dated, otherwise it was a splendid stay with a cracking good breakfast! And love the peacocks strutting around the grounds!"

"The hotel is in a great location for easy access to Windermere. The pool was a short drive away, and as we were there for only a couple of nights we didn't get to use it. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. Would be very happy to stay there again on our next visit to Windermere. "

"I stayed a few nights for work. The room was beautiful, warm on arrival and spotlessly clean. The parking up the steep drive can be a bit tricky and there was no space for me on the second night so I had to park in the next street. This wasn’t ideal but everything else was great so I’ve not marked them down for it. Breakfast was out of this world! "

"This was a slightly more expensive guesthouse than we normally book which is definitely reflected in the room, which was beautiful. Cleanliness was top notch, noted especially by how fresh it smelled which was lovely. The bed was comfortable but I must say the pillows were too hard for us. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down as it was quite small but there was a lot of choice in the buffet extras. We did have the room next to the front door as well which was quite loud at times. "Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...
