"Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Would stay there again. The only downside was sharing the patio with neighbours. There was no outdoor privacy screen between our villas so could see and hear them sitting there on the outdoor furniture in the morning working, coughing etc. would be even worse if you had inconsiderate neighbours who might stay out there late into the evening. It has a that kind of rustic charm in appearance you would expect in a French Villa..... a little tarnish but with loads of character and so total perfection is not necessary. The owner was lovely, very accommodating when I asked for a foldout bed and a late check out. When in the Hunter Valley I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends."
