"Wow! This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was phenomenal, so friendly and always anticipating our needs. Room service and number of dining options was better than we could have ever expected. Our room was always serviced and everything about this resort was clean and polished. Our children loved the water park. The one area of improvement would be that the water slides kept going out of service and it seemed like it could have been an easy fix or pump? Loved the options for food and drinks nearby! Did not receive any of the benefits of Expedia VIP member as stated in the reservation, but again, the hotel far exceeded our expectations! You will love it here!!!!"
