"This was a short stay but we were made to feel very welcome. All staff were friendly and approachable, we had children with additional needs and accommodations were made in a professional and supportive manner without any issue. Breakfast was fantastic with options for everyone and the staff were brilliant and made sure we had everything we needed. I would thoroughly recommend and we will be booking again. "

"The staff were extremly helpfull and friendly . the hotel is local to all attractions and within walking distance . the breakfast was really good . the only thing i would say is i had to wait a while fir hot wayer to reach my room but when it did it was lovely and hot . "

""The boathouse is such a lovely and peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier seaside resorts. It offers the best of both worlds. Despite being a popular venue for weddings, the music was kept at a low volume and we couldn't hear anything from room 6, so we had a really good night's sleep. My two children had a blast at the little play park, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. The room rates were reasonable, and our overall experience was just lovely. Thank you!""

"Lovely stay at the Wellesley. Good value for a basic hotel. Nice comfortable room. Welcome tea, coffee and biscuits. Nice big towels (can't stand the silly little ones you get in some places). Good position away from the main Great Yarmouth area but very easy walk to get there (10 minutes slow walk).Only place I've stayed in where you can't have food or alcohol in the room but rules is rules and i saw that from reading reviews before we booked so happy to conform. Would stay again. Only complaint was a very noisy fan in the bathroom which wasn't an issue during the day but at night would wake light sleepers. Finally, i was a little worried it would be noisy as our room was at the foot of the stairs but no noise at all. 👍"
