"The room was very large. Lots of space and the bed was comfortable. Needed some extra pillows. Quiet. Good price and well placed for accessing Southend shopping and theatres. The carpets in the room could do with being replaced as many stains."

"Great location within walking distance of train station and city centre. Bar was nice. Breakfast had a big selection of tasty food. Staff very friendly. Parking on site for addee charge. Room was clean and tidy. Nice and quiet so slept well."
