"Great location, beds a bit firm for my liking but it’s all personal preference. 2nd bedroom was turned into single beds but the positioning of the beds meant that the door didn’t close fully. Also the hall light was on a sensor and couldn’t find a switch to stop it - not great in the middle of the night when the door doesn’t close."

"We love The Cloisters and will stay every time we come to London. You can't beat the price and the location. Also we loved the fact each room has a kitchenette and laundry. And there is a Sainsburys a few steps away. This hotel is fantastic."

"The hotel was very comfortable. Outstanding location. The staff was amazing. The room was quite comfortable and spotless. The only negative or possible drawback would be if you have a car you can’t park out front while you check in. There is a garage so parking is readily available. But there’s no Lyft from the garage to the hotel and you are required to either walk around or carry your luggage down the stairs. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this property. "We stayed here one night on January 28. After a long flight, we were greeted by the kind and welcoming manager. I wish I knew her name because she was fantastic at her job! The room was just what we needed - a comfy bed, a good shower, and a mini frig. The room was super clean, too. We would definitely stay there again!"
