"We visited this hotel as part of a road trip and a base to visit Matera. The hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff extremely helpful, upon arrival we were given a list of recommended restaurants and shown all the best spots to view the wonderful historic city which was a great addition. Our room was clean and modern and very quiet. We had a covered patio with a table and chairs. The bathroom was big and well supplied and the bedroom was very comfy and clean. The hotel has very safe parking and a pool with bar that were well kept and very clean. Breakfast was hosted in the reception and outside in their courtyard, it had everything you could ask for and was a lovely stay we would stay again."

"Stunning location in Sassi! Had the most memorable experience there. Great location, amazing room and Roman thermae. Absolutely divine, highly recommended it. I also had a wonderful and relaxing lymphatic massage. Friendly staff and lots to do in the area. "

"Well, it started off on the wrong footing, a mix up on the room type and single bed vs double bed. But this was quickly resolved via a gentleman called Rocco. Once i got settled in my wonderful cave dwelling with wonderful waterfall shower, i was right at home. The staff at this resort were all smiles and extremely helpful and accommodating. I couldn't fault any of them. I will single out Domenico and Bea and the head of housekeeping Asia as highlights of my comfortable stay. Asia's work along with her team in keeping your room fresh and tidy made my stay an absolute pleasure. All staff have beautiful welcoming smiles and were always happy to help. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The breakfast was top notch and very varied with beautiful fresh fruit and home baked cakes and eggs how you like them on request and freshly squeezed organge juice. I would love to stay again."
