"We arrived late after a full day on the slopes and check-in was a breeze everyone was very nice. We met 2 ladies sitting in the lobby who were still staying there from hurricane Helene. Amazing hospitality and love towards those affected by the storm. Will stay again!"

"We rented a three-bedroom suite to go ski in Sugar Moutain before Christmas. This property really surprised us on the location, cleanliness, amenities provided and lovely atmosphere. "Gorgeous property, very clean, wonderful hospitality"

"The hotel was very luxurious and comfortable. I loved the hot tub and the fact that the tv can swing to face the hot tub. Overall I rate this stay for couples a 10/10. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. There was dust accumulation in the corners and some of the silverware was not clean. In general I would rate it a 9.8/10 it’s a great get away spot for couples. "

"This was a stay "back in time". Most importantly, it was clean and quiet. Our grandparents had homes like our room and we are now grandparents, so it was awhile ago. So, it was very nostalgic for us, but we felt unsafe in the bathroom. The shower curtains were in the bottom of the tub and would have been easy to trip up on. "The ONLY complaint I would have and was a surprise to us was that you unload your car and then park your vehicle back down the hill and then have to take a shuttle back to your car. You can’t just walk out and get in your car. The shuttle was quick don’t get me wrong but it was a little bit of a hassle. The place is clean, the view is awesome, it’s quiet and your literally on top of a mountain, felt safe and guarded, pool and hot tub was amazing. We had a handicap sticker for one of our vehicle...

"Just the perfect getaway. The staff was exceptional. Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious and service was above expectations. The only reason I gave the grounds a 4 was it was only 5 weeks after the hurricane and they were doing some remodeling but I lay no blame on the resort. The road to the resort was under repair but they are doing a great job of cleaning up and getting back to business. I highly recommend. "

"WHAT A LOVELY, AFFORDABLE PLACE to stay. The owners and caretaker are so friendly and acceptable. They treated me like a king. I stayed 5 nights. I will surely return again. "

"Loved the stay, awesome property. This is a Residential/Rental property so it does have an HOA. I only mention that because the rental parking is below the gate entrance. They have HOA parking that is attached to building. You will have to take a shuttle from the rental parking and depending on temperature/time. You might get chilly. Besides the shuttle situation this was an awesome stay. Great location and staff is very friendly!"

"We have stayed in lots of B&Bs, but this lodge is the most beautiful we have ever seen. It is hard to describe how amazing it is and everything was just perfect. We loved staying here. The manager, Bobbie, was just so wonderful and we enjoyed talking with her, and her recommendations for places to visit were great. We felt at home here, and would very highly recommend staying here. We hope to return! 10 out of 10 all around!! "

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our cabin was cozy and inviting. Our only comfort complaint was the pillows (very flat!) and mattress (a bit hard!). But the views were gorgeous, the horses and goats loved visitors and dinner at the Inn was a treat. Make sure to grab a cocktail at the on-site cocktail bar! We will surely visit again!"
