"A pleasant and very clean family run hostel / small hotel with nice grounds and good amenities. We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately had a problem with mosquitoes. The owners kindly gave us a mosquito spray which helped us. We particularly liked our bedroom which had a balcony with hammock. Lovely sunsets from the balcony looking out over the sea. We would happily stay again."

"Rente 2 habitaciones y nos gustó mucho el lugar! Está frente al muelle para salir a diferentes playas, nosotros nos fuimos hasta Cabo San Juan! Lugar muy bello. Tiene restaurants caminando, los taxis muy cerca para trasladarse a Santa Marta o aeropuerto. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100! Mil gracias al Viña del Mar staff!"

"Our family of four love this place! It is a real gem, conveniently located next to a park with plenty of great restaurants and a convenient store. The hotel itself is perfect for kids and a peaceful sanctuary. It’s clean and gorgeous without feeling stuffy. I highly recommend spring for The rooms their pool side. Wonderful staff as well as a kitchen to store items and cut up fruit"

"El sitio es limpio y tranquilo. No nos gustó que el ventilador no servía pese a saber el establecimiento por lo que dejamos la ventana abierta para que nos diera aire pero los mosquitos nos picaron. Las vías de acceso son horribles, calles sin pavimentar y los autos bajos no entran facil o se golpean. "

"The property was fine, looked nicer than the actually quality of the property. The shower water pressure was not fantastic and it mostly stayed at medium warm. Our room looked nice though! The staff only spoke Spanish, though a nice young man did give us directions in English once — only saw him the one time. I speak middling Spanish (enough to get around) and my partner elementary Spanish. We were able to ask the staff for directions to the bus station just fine. The staff was overall, cold....

"La estadía fue buena ya que la habitación estaba limpia, igual siempre llegábamos era prácticamente a dormir pero fue bueno llegar y encontrar un lugar bien con personal amable. No es la primera vez que me quedo aquí por comodidad y económia y porque el lugar está central de todo tipo de transporte para ir donde uno quiere, por estar ubicado en una zona de centro es un poco solo de noche pero nunca nadie se metió con nosotros. "

"It is not as the pictures shows. Place is not clean, bathroom was in terrible condition, bedroom smelled horrible. I would never recommend it"
