"Please do NOT book this place it’s a fraud I tried to contact them thousand times with not success, their phones are disconnected and I was not able to stay in the place because they weren’t there to do check in. Worst part they are not refunding me, because they are still not answering the phone or email. I repeat it’s a FRAUD. "

"The hotel is decent, but don't book there unless you're physically able to walk up a lot of stairs. The area is nice, but it's very noisy, that's just the area. That's what it is. Fortunately, the Hotel is above a lot of the noise. The staff is fantastic! Thank you very much for all you did for us. Wasn't impressed with the free breakfast and because of it, we decided not to die in at the hotel. There's a lot of great choices in the area that are easily found. I'd stay there again. "

"During our short stay, it appeared that this is one of the nicest (and most expensive) places in Palomino. There are a variety of rooms (although the configuration was not really what we had booked) scattered around this nice property. The pool and area around it are nice. The cold shower (no shower head) and bathroom (no light near the sinks) could use improvement. Michelle provided helpful communication in advance. "small family own hotel, in a great location close to the beach and shopping centers, the owner is super nice guy with exceptional customer service. the hotel has 4.7 rate. I think this hotel deserve 5 stars rating. the owner give the best recommendations and look after the guys make you feel right at home. "
