"We spent one night here whilst touring around Switzerland. It’s a lovely hotel on the side of a hill overlooking Lake Walensee. Hotel is in good order. As with virtually all hotels in Switzerland, there is no air conditioning so it is recommended to take a mini fan with you if visiting in the middle of summer. "

"We stayed in the economy room and it was quite uncomfortable, the mattress was a nightmare, the bed was very squeaky, the pillows were awful. We woke up both days with back pain. Additionally, the heating was too high so it was too warm for us and we were told it was a central heating so there was nothing we could do. When we opened the window the room got full of mosquitoes. "

"Even though it was cool outside, the room was not cooled down during the night as we couldn’t leave the balcony door open due to a lot of mosquitoes and bugs. Wish there were fans in the room! There were so MANY flies in the breakfast room and buzzing around bread and jam and such. And I’m not exaggerating at all. Wonder how clean everything is. "

"After two-week adventure, we stayed our last night in Europe at Hotel Hofbalzers. After a long driving day, we were happy to stretch our legs with a walk through the neighborhood to the old church and castle, both in view of the balcony off our hotel room. Then, we enjoyed a very nice dinner on-site at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room clean and comfortable; and a lovely breakfast to send us off. Highly recommended!"

"Nice little family-run boutique hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. The location is about a twenty minute walk to downtown Vaduz, but an easy bus ride to there or Sargans station, Buchs is a bit more challenging. The hotel provided us with free bus passes for our stay. Nothing really special about this hotel. No views or anything else outside of a bed and breakfast. The breakfast, however, was excellent. "It was in the middle of Vaduz, right next to the casino, shopping and dining. The room was clean and spacious. Maybe a caution during summer - no A/C as far as we saw. We were very comfortable with the window open and our sound machine. Fabiana was fantastic!"

"The lobby smelled strongly of smoke due to the smoking room nearby, and that's never a good sign. The rooms were fine and breakfast was average. No AC, but there were fans which we used. Would choose a different hotel next time."

"We loved this property. It was so serene. The wellness center was perfect for the end of our European holiday. Would highly recommend. The only recommendation (albeit very minor) I would have for the hotel is to offer some meal options that are a little more healthy/simple. But other than that, we absolutely loved our stay. "

"Das Einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist, dass um 02:00 in der Nacht ca. 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt Gleisarbeiten begonnen haben die bis um 6 Uhr am Morgen dauerten. Leider konnte ich wegen dem sehr lauten Lärm nicht schlafen. "

"The check in process was terrible. It took 1 hour of our time and 3-4 staff to troubleshoot how to open our assigned room. With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room. Never experienced anything like this"
