"The hotel is in a lovely historic building on the waterfront. The room was very comfortable, convenient, very centrally located, with a seriously delicious and abundant continental breakfast. I arrived by train from Rome in the evening and decided to try to walk from the station to the hotel, but ended up getting lost. I called the Savoia and the night concierge, Ludivicio, called a taxi to collect me. I was so impressed! Trieste is a beautiful city and I had such a good time walking around, looking at the historic buildings and streets. There is also a large Eataly very close to the hotel."

"A lovely, clean and private property within walking distance of Lake Bled. The staff, especially Delores, was so helpful and gave good suggestions on where to visit and eat. The "breakfast in a box" option was WONDERFUL (eggs, cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice) and would highly recommend!"
