"The hotel was very nice and the room was pretty. However, it was not functional. There was no place to put suitcases and no drawers to put clothes in. The breakfast on the roof top was excellent and the young lady cook was very friendly and a good chef. The location was a bit far from city center if you’re not a mobile person (old like me). The staff was helpful and this is a great place to watch the balloons."

I appreciated his quick response upon booking the reservation as I needed a low floor for my elderly parents which he immediately helped with.
