"A warm welcome by staff included the 1st taste of a local Porto Wine. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room with a sofa & kitchenette. River view was beautiful. The most comfortable bed I think we have ever slept in. Very clean throughout. Just slightly away from the Ponte Luis I bridge so it was quieter, thankfully. Easy to get to & although facing a busy road, you couldn’t hear it once inside. Would highly recommend "

We had to argue for the room we orginally paid for and also we were downgraded for the end of our stay.
