"Nice simple little family owned and operated hotel. Staff were very friendly and it showed that they actually appreciate your business, unlike the larger hotels. Bed was comfy and the room had a pretty big patio with some chairs to sit and people watch on the street below. Air conditioning was nice and cool, and it’s in a nice area too "

"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered.
