"The photos do not do this place justice. Literally one of the cutest nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in in all my travels. Incredible staff. Outside hot pools are amazing. Rooms are cute and perfect. Dining room and food are incredibly delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Hands down the most pleasant place to stay. The pictures of the views of the city and mountains do not do it justice. Super convenient to the roads to go to the South coast and Golden a circle. The house was very clean, modern, well equipped, and the Sauna and hot tub made an already wonderful place out of this world. Communication was great and friendly. Highly recommend!!! "

"The view was amazing from the north (?) side. Beautiful mountains to see, as well as city view. Hotel has been renovated so everything was clean and new. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything for basic cooking. Only issue was a metal panel on the outside stairwell was loose and noisy flapping in the wind but otherwise it was a great place to stay!"

"I like the isolation and the come and go as you please atmosphere. The view is amazing and there is limited staff around. It was as if you were on your own little island. A beautiful place and I would definitely stay again. "

"We loved the Berjaya Natura. Close to Perlan and the geothermal
beach
, very good dinner and breakfast option, maybe lacking variety, but then it was enough to keep us very very well fed for dinner and breakfast. Staff are generally lovely and go out of their way to help. Be aware the children are not really allowed in the pool area which is one of the reason to choose the hotel. They are allowed over lunchtime, which is generally when you'll be out"
